Registration Data; Account Security

If you subscribe to any of Koboaccountant services, you will have an account and a password. Access to password protected portions of this Site is available for only so long as you have paid all required fees to Koboaccountant. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to Koboaccountant material to anyone other than yourself. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Koboaccountant reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscriptions in its sole discretion.

User License

Permission is granted to a terminable non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Koboaccountant Platforms for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Koboaccountant Platforms

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Koboaccountant at any time.

Under no circumstances will Koboaccountant be responsible for any loss or damage, to any User or personal injury or death, resulting from anyone`s use of the Site or the Service, any User Content or Third-Party Applications, Software or Content posted on or through the Site or the Service or transmitted to Users, or any interactions between users of the Site, whether online or offline.

User Content

You understand that the Site is available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You represent, warrant, and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, luding copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.

intimidate or harass any other user;

upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law;

use or attempt to use another`s account, service or system without authorization from the Company, or create a false identity on the Site;

upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that, in the sole judgment of Company, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose Company or its users to any harm or liability of any type.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Koboaccountant, be liable for any damages (luding, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Koboaccountant Internet site, even if Koboaccountant or a Koboaccountant authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Koboaccountant Platforms could lude technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Koboaccountant does not warrant that any of the materials on its Platforms are accurate, complete, or current. Koboaccountant, may make changes to the materials contained on its Platforms at any time without notice. Koboaccountant does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
